GENPA (2005-2010)

We have been coordinating the after sale support project for 5 years on behalf of GENPA which is motivated by the vision of leading the market in technological products, services and innovations. The project that we started with one team only now goes on with 11 teams. Our teams in in a working day visits our dealers throughout the day with a particular route plan and collect equipment and its accessories that need service then they follow it up with technical service and deliver back the equipment to the dealer.
